Nikolas Müller

Nikolas Müller studied architecture at TU Darmstadt, TU Delft, and ETH Zürich, as well as construction process management at TU Eindhoven. He earned his doctorate in sociology at TU Berlin, focusing on the social construction of cities.

Since May 2015, he has been Director of the Hamburg Track / Interdisciplinary Track of the MSc Real Estate program. In this role, he teaches in the areas of Urban Design, Architecture and Building Technologies, ESG in the real estate industry, as well as Leadership and Digital Transformation in the real estate sector.

In his research and consulting work, he focuses on energy and climate policy in the building sector (ESG), the transformation of inner cities, and location intelligence in the context of real estate development and corporate site selection.
