Vaughn Tan is a strategy professor, author, and expert on uncertainty and innovation. A former Google employee and current faculty member at University College London's School of Management, Vaughn's work focuses on how organizations and individuals can thrive in conditions of radical uncertainty - a question at the very heart of DARI's mission.
His book “The Uncertainty Mindset” explores how the world's most innovative organizations use uncertainty as a resource rather than a threat. Vaughn brings to DARI a deep understanding of organizational design, innovation processes, and the cognitive and cultural challenges of navigating an unpredictable future.
